Dead Sea Mud contains bromides, iodine, magnesium, sodium, calcium and potassium. These minerals work together as regulators of cell activity and daily functioning, relieving muscular pain and stabilizing fluid levels in the body.
Use on it's own with purified water or hydrosol, you can add your own oils for your skin type to make body spa treatments such as body wraps, body scrubs and bath salts. Excellent for rough, oily, combination, congested and normal skin types and aids with psoriasis, acne, cellulite and scarring.

HOW TO: In a clean bowl, mix 200g (for a full body treatment) of jar with purified/floral water (you
can also add a little of your favourite oils) until you have a thick paste.
Apply to the body and leave to dry for 10-20mins. Rinse thoroughly and follow with Roots moisturiser. Use once per week.
Do not allow water into the jar!
